The Draeger Polytron® 5200 CAT serves as an economical transmitter designed to measure flammable gases at lower explosion limit (LEL) concentrations while being explosion-proof. The DraegerSensor Ex … DD catalytic bead sensor drives this device to function. The DD sensor from Draeger operates with a broad detection capability for both flammable gases and vapors. The device provides a simple connection to most control systems through its 3-wire 4 to 20 mA analog output and relay functionality.
